DPP '11 :: spiced ::

Our annual cookie exchange is this evening. 
This is the only time through the year that I see most of these wonderful ladies
and I can not wait to spend the evening with them!
For this year's event I made Heidi's Triple Ginger Cookies, but I had to switch it up a bit. 
I made them with Red Mills GF Flour, added cinnamon oil, and GF cinnamon chips!
I don't eat things with added sugars anymore, so my neighbors and family are the only ones to benefit from this occasion.  Well, except for me getting to catch up on the lives of some 
remarkable women.
