Here We Go A Wassailing!

It's as simple as...


64 oz Cranberry Juice

3 Tblsp Orange Juice Concetrate
1/3 c Honey
5 Whole Cloves
3 Cinnamins sticks
Simmer all day
Add water if too strong
Add honey if too tart!

Wassailing? Sounds great. Here's the etymology from The Free Dictionary ... just in case you didn't know:

Ooooh...that sounds WONDERFUL! And healthy too. One of my favorite winter rituals is similar...apple cider with friends on a cold cold night. Around a fire...even better! I love the "mulling spices" mix that you can get at some specialty stores. The caramel apple flavor is yummy. I'm sure it's all sugar, but it warms you up good! :) That will be perfect for some cold nights in Bozeman!
